At Brandatak, we proudly offer 100% authentic apparel imported directly from the USA. Because our items are specifically curated and shipped from abroad, we adhere to the following strict policies:

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy under any circumstances. As our products are pre-ordered and shipped internationally specifically for each customer, the costs associated with international logistics, customs, and global shipping are non-recoverable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that cash or bank refunds will not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Any deposit paid to secure a pre-order or regular item is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. If a customer decides to cancel their order at any point, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the international procurement and shipping costs already incurred.

3. Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following conditions:

• Immediate Stock Only: Exchanges are strictly limited to items currently available in our Immediate Stock (In-Stock). Pre-ordered (Regular) items cannot be exchanged for other pre-ordered items.
• Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
• Exclusions: Swimwear, Underwear, and bags are not eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Procedure

1. Contact Us: Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Select Item: Choose your replacement from our available Immediate Stock.
3. Pick-up & Inspection: We will schedule a courier to collect your item. Once it reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will process your new shipment.
4. Fees: Customers are responsible for Double Shipping Fees (Return + New Delivery).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
• We will provide a replacement of the same model, size, and color (subject to availability).
• If the same item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative from our Immediate Stock. Refunds are still not applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery Regulations

In accordance with shipping company regulations and our internal safety policy, checking or trying on items upon delivery is strictly prohibited. Any issues regarding size or condition must be handled through our exchange process after the package is received.
