1. Refund Policy
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances as we get our products from outside so we cannot return it .
All approved returns are eligible for exchange only.
2. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
• The product has not been damaged, modified, or altered
Exchanges are subject to item availability and stock.
Exchange Conditions:
• Immediate item → Immediate item
• Regular item → Immediate item
• Regular orders cannot be exchanged for other Regular orders
• Exchanges are available only for full-price items
• Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects:
• Discounted or sale items (final sale)
• Bags
• Swimwear and underwear
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels
4. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced with the same model, size, and color only.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of defects — replacement only.
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
Your original item will be picked up first. Once it has been returned and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped.
